I think many of you were catching yourself thinking that this leap year, 2020,  would soon end. It turned out to be one of the most difficult and controversial in the recent history of our independent Belarus. This, as it is fashionable to say today, political, economic and social "turbulence", "warmed up" by the coronavirus pandemic, has affected many countries of the world according to the "domino principle".

29.12.2020 BRING JOY TO CHILDREN
Early in December, the library named after D.R. Novikov initiated a charity event for Ryasno specialized boarding school children. Now we can summarize the results of the action and thank everyone who took part in it. All gifts (books, stationery, toys, children's clothes) were delivered for the intended purpose and we are very grateful to mention the names of caring people who responded to our call.

24.12.2020 NEW ACADEMIC YEAR - NEW COUNTRIES
The peculiarity of this year's admission to the Academy is a noticeable expansion of the geography of the countries from which our students come to study. This year, students from Nigeria and Cameroon, Ethiopia and Eritrea, the Congo and the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Israel replenished the Academy's international family.

21.12.2020 Study in Hungary
The Government of Hungary have announced the beginning of accepting applications for the 2021/2022 academic year scholarship programme for the 1st level of higher education, master's courses, and postgraduate studies in the following fields: agricultural sciences, natural sciences, biotechnology, technical sciences, etc. Training can be conducted in both English and Hungarian.

21.12.2020 Is long-term cooperation with Italy possible?
On December 16, a webinar was held where representatives of the Italian-Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry took part. The event was attended by the Chairman of the Italian Chamber of Commerce Angelo Ilardi, the Ambassador of Italy to the Republic of Belarus Mario Baldi, and the employees of the Faculty of Biotechnology and Aquaculture.

15.12.2020 Visit to the Academy
On December 10, 2020, a meeting was held within the framework of the project "School of an Active Citizen". Deputy Minister of Energy of the Republic of Belarus, a graduate of our academy, Sergey Reentovich met representatives of the student bodies.
