17.03.2022 An excursion to the Academy Museum for foreign students
On March 16, 2022, a group of students from the Gambia, Cameroon, Nigeria, Uzbekistan learnt about the rich history of our academy, which the guys had chosen to get education. During the excursion, those present got acquainted with the early stage of the Academy, the life of students in the second half of the XIX - early XX centuries, the difficult and tragic period of the Great Patriotic War, and the activities of the Academy at the modern stage.

14.03.2022 BSAA Futsal Open Tournament in memory of S.I.Grakov
The futsal competition in memory of S.I. Grakov took place from February 17 to March 10, 2022. The tournament brought together 13 teams from the Gorki district. It must be noted that for the first time, students from African countries took part in the competition. They showed both good level of the game and a huge desire to win, which is very appreciated and necessary in competitions of various levels.

11.03.2022 The international essay competition at the Belarusian State University of Economics
From January 1 to February 28, 2022, the Belarusian State University of Economics hosted the International Competition of Illustrated Essays "I Want to Say About This...," in which foreign students, undergraduates, post-graduate students studying Russian took part. The jury assessed the works of 48 students from 13 universities in Belarus and countries near and far abroad. Participants of the competition represented Minsk, Gorki, Grodno, Polotsk, St. Petersburg (Russia), Belgorod (Russia), Novosibirsk (Russia), Tokyo (Japan).

10.03.2022 XIV Open Festival of Foreign Students Arts "Friendship of Peoples"
On March 1-2, 2022, the Belarusian-Russian University for the 14th time hosted the Open Festival of Foreign Students Arts "Friendship of Peoples," which gathered friends from different countries of the world. The competition programme was attended by foreign students from nine universities in Minsk, Vitebsk, Gomel, Gorki, and Mogilev. Representatives of 11 countries showed their creative performances in various nominations, such as vocal and choral art, theater art, choreographic art, instrumental art.

01.03.2022 Round table at the Club of International Friendship
On the national holiday - Defender of the Fatherland Day, February 23, the round table "Threads of Memory" was held on the basis of the International Friendship Club "Mechta". The event also summed up the results of the contest for the best hostel room and for the best headstudent in the hostel. The winners were awarded  prizes and souvenirs.

The head of state Alexander Lukashenko signed the order about grants of the President of the Republic of Belarus for 2022 to 70 graduate students who are carrying out dissertation researches on the priority directions of scientific, technical, and innovative activity.

01.03.2022 This is the beginning of something grandiose. See how the first tractor biathlon took place
The first tractor biathlon competitions were held at the BSAA training field. It was the first such competition in the region, and the first in the country among students. The organizers timed it to the Day of Defenders of the Fatherland and the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus. The chairman of the district executive committee Mikhail Guly and the rector of the academy Vitaly Velikanov arrived to open the event.
