Master class on making noodles
The visit of the delegation from the PRC ended with a masterclass on the preparation of traditional Chinese dishes from Hele buckwheat noodles for representatives of the BSAA and members of the historical club "Orientir" from the Russian Federation currently visiting our university.
During the masterclass, those present learned that buckwheat noodles are a versatile dish that can be served both hot and cold, with or without broth. It is rich in dietary fiber, protein, as well as manganese and magnesium, it is a great alternative to other types of noodles, due to its low fat and calorie content, and noodles made entirely from buckwheat flour are gluten-free. In addition to taste, it attracts with its appearance: its dark color and smooth texture give the dishes an appetising look, and a light nutty taste goes well with a variety of sauces.
