If you are outside the Republic of Belarus, you must receive a student invitation from the Academy to enter Russian language courses, the first year of Bachilor course or Master's degree course.
1. TO RECEIVE AN INVITATION FROM THE ACADEMY, YOU NEED TO SEND THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS:
- a copy of your passport (a page with photo) with personal information (indicating the full name in Latin letters, passport number, validity period, country),
- copies of documents on education (secondary, higher).
- application with a request to send an invitation to enter the Republic of Belarus for study.

2. WAIT FOR AN OFFICIAL INVITATION.
In case of a positive decision, an invitation to study is sent to applicants and assistance is provided in obtaining entry visas in the consular departments of the embassies of the Republic of Belarus in their country.
3. PLEASE CONTACT THE BELARUSIAN CONSULATE (IF NECESSARY) WITH A REQUEST FOR A STUDENT VISA.
4. BUY A TICKET TO BELARUS.
The ticket can be purchased on the website of Belavia Airlines https://belavia.by/ or other companies.
!!! We recommend to arrive to the Academy before classes start. For full-time form of training it's the 1st of September.
ATTENTION! Before departure, contact us on the phone in Belarus: +375 29 7421500, +375 29 8425180, e-mail or social networks and messengers and check the possibility of meeting you at the airport or at the train station.
IT IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
All foreign citizens arriving in Belarus must have health insurance that can be taken out at the Academy and at the airport as well.
Upon arrival in Belarus, you must immediately visit Dean's Office of International Relations and Pre-University Education Faculty (the address: Gorki, Leninsky Boulevard 4, educational building No. 4, 3rd floor) to register your documents for temporary residence.
