Anna Krapivka - Belarusian farmer

It is nice to see familiar faces on the Internet, and read about successes of the academy graduates.

On March 8, 2023, an interview with our master's student Anna Krapivka, now the director of the «Druzhba and Co» peasant farm, located near Minsk, was published on the main website for Russian agronomists «GlavAgronom».

Not only customary cultures, but also such wonders for the Belarusian open ground, as watermelons and aubergine, submitted to Anna.

It was the cultivation of watermelons that Anya dealt with during her magistracy under the supervision of Vladimir Duktov, associate professor of the Department of Plant Protection at the Agrotechnological Faculty. The work «The influence of the varietal features of watermelon on the yield and quality of fruits when growing in the conditions of the farm «Druzhba and Co» of the Smolevichi district» won 1 category award at the Republican competition of scientific works of higher school students of the Republic of Belarus.

An interview with Anna «Anna Krapivka - the Belarusian farmer's daughter» taken by journalist Olga Mozheiko turned out to be very interesting: «Knowledge is important in agronomy. And it doesn't matter if you are a man or a woman».
