International Online School

The Kazakh National Agrarian University in Almaty hosted the International Online Summer School from May 26 to June 9, 2020.

The purpose of the International Summer School 2020 was to gain new knowledge, master innovative technologies and methods of conducting scientific research in various areas of the agro-industrial complex.

Scientists of the Kazakh National Agrarian University, foreign scientists, representatives of branch producers and scientific organizations, students from foreign countries, KazNAU and regional universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan became the participants of this school.

Leading scientists, professors and doctors of sciences from more than 30 participating countries gave lectures, more than 120 scientific projects were presented.

Among the participants of leading universities, representatives from BSAA also took an active part in the work of International Summer School. Rector V.Velikanov, First Vice-Rector A. Kolmykov and Dean of the Faculty of Land Management O. Pisetskaya, as well as the students and post-graduate students of the Faculty of Land Management joined the event.

Rector of the Academy V. Velikanov took part in the work of the educational programme "Veterinary Medicine", A. Kolmykov and O. Pisetskaya participated in the educational program "Forestry". The BSAA representatives received certificates of participants.

Belarusian-Kazakh cooperation is developing within the framework of more than 70 treaties and agreements in various fields, including the field of education. An excellent example of this is the mutually beneficial relations between the leading agricultural universities of our countries - the Belarusian State the Orders of the October Revolution and Labor Red Banner Agricultural Academy and the Kazakh National Agrarian University. The cooperation is based on the bilateral agreement signed many years ago.
