An excursion to the Academy Museum for foreign students

Sociocultural adaptation of foreign students is a difficult and often long process. Various events are called upon to help students become familiar with new cultural realities, and to feel themselves a part of the academic family as well. One of these is a visit to the Academy Museum.

On March 16, 2022, a group of students from the Gambia, Cameroon, Nigeria, Uzbekistan learnt about the rich history of our academy, which the guys had chosen to get education.

During the excursion, those present got acquainted with the early stage of the Academy, the life of students in the second half of the XIX - early XX centuries, the difficult and tragic period of the Great Patriotic War, and the activities of the Academy at the modern stage.

Live communication, interesting exhibits created a wonderful friendly atmosphere. Students and employees of the Faculty Dean's Office express sincere gratitude to Tatiana Loseva, the head of the Museum, for the most interesting excursion that made it possible to get acquainted with the history of the oldest educational establishment in the Republic of Belarus.
