The Faculty of Biotechnology and Aquaculture awarded its graduates with diplomas of higher education

On January 28, 2022, a solemn ceremony was held to present diplomas of higher education to graduates of specialties 1-74 03 01 Zootechny and 1-74 03 03 Industrial fish farming.

The conference hall of the academy could hardly accommodate those wishing to take part in the celebration. The hall, in addition to 87 graduates, was attended by teachers and students of the faculty, as well as a huge number of relatives and friends.

Alexander Chechetkin, Director of the College for Advanced Training and Retraining of Personnel, congratulated the graduates on behalf of the Academy administration. He presented diplomas with honors to the best students: E.G.Malishevskaya and A.S.Totskaya  with the qualification of "zooengineer," and M.G.Listopadov, G.Yu.Rimdenok,  E.A.Shardyko and S.V.Shutov with the qualification of "engineer-technologist."

Of the 87 graduates, 2 diplomas were received by citizens of Turkmenistan: Akhmed Sakhetdurdyev and Yusup Sakhetdurdyev.

Warm congratulations to graduates were expressed by the dean of the faculty, Alexander Portnoy, chairman of the State Examination Commission for State examinations and theses defending in the specialty "Zootechny," PhD in agriculture Ekhorutomwen Otamere Teddison, as well as head of the department of biotechnology and veterinary medicine, doctor of veterinary, professor Grigory Medvedev.

Deputy Deans of O.N.Kukhtina , S.N.Pochkina, and O.A.Vasilevskaya as well as students' Trade Union leader   K.V.Borel presented about 50 Letters of Honor to graduates for excellent results in studies, active cultural and social work, organization of the educational process in the academic group, and letters of thanks to parents, in which they expressed the Academy's sincere gratitude.

At the end of the event the graduates and their parents had the opportunity to express their words of congratulations.

Before the closing of the ceremony, the dean of the faculty was given the final word in which he admitted that the graduates had crossed a very important line in their life, and today the academy is escorting them to a long and interesting road of professional development. A pass to this road is the diploma that will allow young professionals to realize themselves and find their favorite business!
