Congratulations!

On December 17, the meeting of the rector's office began with a pleasant ceremony. The first vice-rector of the academy, Andrei KOLMYKOV, presented the Diploma of the Honorary Doctor of BSAA and the professor mantle to the Rector's Adviser, Head of the Department of International Relations and Experimental Activities of the Ryazan State Agricultural Technology University named after P.Kostychev (Russian Federation), Doctor of Biology, Professor Dmitry VINOGRADOV.

By the age of 40, this Russian scientist managed to make a serious teaching and scientific career. D.Vinogradov began his career as an agronomist in one of the farming enterprises of the Tula region. Currently, he is the author of 12 patents for a useful model, he has prepared 10 candidates of sciences and one doctor, among them 2 applicants - citizens of Belarus. He published more than 500 works, of which more than 400 are scientific, 60 are educational and methodological. D.Vinogradov is the author of 30 textbooks and teaching aids, as well as 10 co-authored monographs.

Among his awards there is the title "Honorary Worker of the Agro-Industrial Complex of Russia," the winner of the competition of university teachers "Golden Names of Higher Education," special diplomas and prizes of the Governor of the Ryazan Region, etc. It should be noted that in 2015 the merits of this Russian scientist were also noted by the Letter of Thanks of BSAA.

On October 29, 2021, the issue of granting D.Vinogradov to the high rank of "Honorary Doctor of BSAA" was considered at the Council of our Academy. To receive these honorary attributes, the scientist arrived at the meeting of the rector's office in person. Dmitry Vinogradov thanked for the high trust and assured that on Ryazan land he would hold the title of Belarusian Academy highly.

In the beginning of December, Nikolai SADOMOV, head of the Department of Zoohygiene, Ecology and Microbiology, celebrated his 60th anniversary. The ceremony of honoring Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Professor N.Sadomov continued at the meeting. The official letter of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus says that N.Sadomov was awarded "for his conscientious work, many years of scientific activity and a significant contribution to the development of scientific research in the field of zootechny".

The highest award of an agrarian university - Certificate of Honor of the BSAA - notes his "great contribution to the development of agrarian education, training high qualified personnel, fruitful patriotic and educational activity and in connection with the 60th anniversary of his birth."

Presenting the hero of the day with high awards, the first vice-rector A.V.Kolmykov wished him further success in his work for the benefit of the BSAA.

A.Kolmykov also presented diplomas of candidates of sciences to the younger generation - Yuri KOGOTKO and Yulia  MALYSHKINA.
