A visit of delegations from Russia and Azerbaijan

On September 15, 2021, a group of scientists and lecturers of the College of Food Safety of Azerbaijan and the College of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine of Primorsky SAU of the Russian Federation (Blagoveshchensk) visited the academy. The main interest of the guests was the study of experience in training personnel for the fishing industry. The delegation visited the fish-breeding complex, where N.V.Barulin, Head of the Department of Ichthyology and Fish Farming, spoke in details about the principle of the recirculation water treatment system, presented the materials of scientific research being carried out at the department to the guests, as well as the results obtained. The prospects of cooperation in this area were discussed by the participants. Guests were also offered a tour around the academic campus, during which they could learn about the scientific and educational activities of the Academy, and about its research laboratories. During the meeting, the importance of mutually beneficial cooperation of our educational institutions in various fields was repeatedly emphasized.

The cooperation agreement with Primorsky State Agrarian University was signed on August 28, 2021.
