NEW INTERNATIONAL NEGOTIATION CENTRE HAS OPENED ITS DOORS AT THE BSAA FACULTY OF ECONOM-ICS

On October 2, 2020, as part of the celebrations of the 180th anniversary of Belarusian State the Orders of the October Revolution and the Labour Red Banner Agricultural Academy, a specialized classroom "International Negotia-tion Center" was opened at the Faculty of Economics.

This significant event was attended by the Extraordinary and Plenipoten-tiary Ambassador, Doctor of Economics, Professor L. Pakush; Director of the "Belgosstrakh" branch in the Mogilev region, PhD in Economics, associate professor N.Korotin; Head of Gorki Specialized Mobile Mechanized Column D.Shchurevich; Head of BSAA Department for International Cooperation S.Noskova; Dean of the Faculty of Economics I.Shafranskaya, heads of de-partments, employees, postgraduate students, and students of the faculty of economics.

The ceremony was opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Economics. I.Shafranskaya congratulated all the participants on the beginning of the func-tioning of the classroom "International NegotiationsCenter" and on BSAA 180th annivarsary. The dean noted that this center was a unique gift from graduates of the Academy and expressed her sincere and deep gratitude to the sponsors of the Department of Economics and International Economic Rela-tions in the Agro-industrial Complex: Director of JSC "Berestie", PhD in Eco-nomics N.Dolbik, Director of APC "Fedorsky" G.Demko, director of the com-pany "Mankovichi",PhD in Economics, Professor A.Mikulich, General Manag-er of JSC "Lida Food Concentrates" , PhD in Economics A.Goncharov, Direc-tor of Gorki Specialized Mobile Mechanized Column D.Shchurevich, Director of the company "Brilevo", Hero of Socialist Labor A.Kobrusev, Director of JSC "Agrokombinat Yubileiny" A.Firsin, Director of theExperimental Station "Polesskaya" A.Yuzupanov, Director of LLC "SaMoTrans" A.Motuzko, Direc-tor of "Belgosstrakh" branch in the Mogilev Region, PhD in Economics, Asso-ciate Professor N.Korotin.

The staff of the Faculty of Economics and the entire Academy were con-gratulated by the sponsors of the Department of Economics and International Economic Relations in the Agro-industrial Complex, the director of the "Bel-gosstrakh" branch in the Mogilev region N.Korotin, and the director of Gorki Specialized Mobile Mechanized Column D.Shchurevich.

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, Doctor of Economics, Professor L.Pakush presented the symbolic key to the classroom "International Negotiation Center" to the head of the department A.Kolmykov. The professor emphasized that this center is designed to work in a new format of innovative digital technologies. It will become a unique educational platform where future international economists will be able to participate in scientific students pro-jects of the educational center "Sirius", and the school "Leader", gaining the necessary knowledge and practical experience of interacting with business partners in the modern conditions of the digital economy.

Head of the Department of Economics and International Economic Rela-tions in the Agro-industrial Complex A.Kolmykov, having accepted the sym-bolic key, opened up the prospects for using this specialized classroom as an infrastructural base for the development and strengthening international rela-tions in cooperation with universities and scientific institutions of other coun-tries, for teaching foreign students at the academy, as well as Master students and postgraduates. It can also be used in the educational process by introduc-ing interactive technologies and holding international conferences, scientific workshops and seminars in online format.

The words of congratulations were expressed by the head of the BSAA department for international cooperation S.Noskova. She stressed the particu-lar importance and need for such center at the Department of Economics and the International Economic Relations in the Agro-industrial Complex.

The right to open the specialized classroom "International Negotiation Center" was granted to the Director of the "Belgosstrakh" branch in Mogilev region, PhD in Economics, Associate Professor N.Korotin, Director of Gorki Specialized Mobile Mechanized Column D.Shchurevich, Ambassador Extraor-dinary and Plenipotentiary, Doctor of Economics, Professor L.Pakush, and Head of the Department of Economics and IER in the Agro-industrial Com-plex, PhD in Economics, associate professor A.Kolmykov.

In conclusion, Dean of the Faculty of Economics I.Shafranskaya, Head of the Department of Economics and IER at the Agro-Industrial Complex A.Kolmykov, on behalf of the faculty's staff, expressed their gratitude to all sponsors for their assistance in allocating financial resources to create a spe-cialized classroom "International Negotiation Center" and invited everyone to enter the correspondence and full-time form of study in Belarusian State Agri-cultural Academy.
