History of the Academy in Books, Photos, and Documents

An exhibition began to work in the library named after D.R. Novikov. It was organized as part of the project "My Academy is My History, and My Future," and dedicated to the 180th anniversary of the Academy. The project was prepared by the joint efforts of the Academy Library, the Academy History Museum and the Gorki District Historical and Ethnographic Museum.

The exhibition presents the works of the founders of agrarian science and education, who contributed to the formation of our educational establishment (I. A. Stebut, A. V. Sovetov, M. V. Rytov). The editions are stored in the collection of rare books. Monographs of currently working doctors of sciences will also be presented. Books on the history of the Academy, which were published in the Academy and in other publishing houses of Belarus in different years, will be undaubtedly very interesting.

The Museum of the History of the Academy provided interesting documents and photographs that reflect various points of the long-term path of our educational establishment.

The exposition is successfully supplemented by photographs from the funds of the Gorki Historical and Ethnographic Museum with views of the Academy of the late XIX - early XX centuries.

We are waiting for everyone at the exhibition in our library named after D.R. Novikov, in the small reading room on the second floor daily (except Saturdays and Sundays) from 8.00 to 17.00.
